PC Ideals is a Southsea-based computer shop, with a team of highly-skilled sales assistants and engineers dedicated to finding the best solutions to meet the needs and budgets of our customers.
We are engaged primarily in the retail and repair of computer systems, providing a range of goods and services that cover the entire spectrum from Corporate to Home IT systems. These include:
- the manufacture, installation and configuration of computer systems at our in-house repair and assembly centre
- the sale of PC systems, Laptops, monitors, components, software, peripherals and consumables
- the diagnosis and repair of hardware and software faults for PC systems and Laptops
- the recovery of data
- the provision of callouts for Business and Home users
- the supply and support of Servers and networking to Business with SLA
- the sale and implementation of computer networks
- the design and hosting of websites and e-commerce solutions
Founded in 1997, PC Ideals have been supplying and servicing the IT needs in and around Southsea and the Portsmouth area, our callout onsite services stretch as far as London and Birmingham. PC Ideals moved to its present location of 89 Albert Road in 2000 which greatly enhanced the provision of servicing and repair.
The construction of a second workshop in early 2005 consolidated our position as the leading computer repair, data recovery and upgrade centre in the City with the capacity to repair several hundred machines a month.
Our retail presence has been very much strengthened by our newly-designed corporate identity and website. We pride ourselves on our ability to react quickly to developing trends and products, and we specialise in obtaining products tailored to meet our customers' exacting needs.
