How much does this cost?
PC Ideals have different options for the level of support you require from a pay-as-you-go hourly support solution to monthly maintenance contracts with response timeframes specified by a Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Pay as you go support
Pay as you go support is available to all customers from small businesses with 1 employee to medium and large businesses. On this support package, if you have a problem just call us and inform of your problem and we aim to have someone onsite with you within 24 hours. You will be constantly updated throughout the support request with the progress of the situation. Charges for this support level are charged at an hourly rate for £50 + VAT per hour subject to a 1 hour minimum charge.
PC Ideals also offer maintenance contracts to larger customers with a Windows Server based solution and offer onsite and remote support. Maintenance contracts are designed to your needs as a customer depending on the amount of systems / servers, amount of users, systems supported and required response times. Our Business support includes 24/7 Hardware & Software remote Monitoring giving you peace of mind your business will run smoothly.
